Three Naples shrimp stops for your next seafood outing
A basket of fried shrimp, a plate of coconut shrimp, or peel-and-eat shrimp shared across the table: there is more than one way to build a seafood lunch in Naples. The best stop for your day depends on the preparation you want and whether you are looking for a snack or a full meal.
These are Jack's Seafood Bar & Grill's own local picks, with our North Naples restaurant at number one. This is our editorial shortlist, not an independent award or a customer-vote ranking. We checked the official menus on September 28, 2026; follow the links below for current selections and pricing.
1. Jack's Seafood Bar & Grill — five ways to make it a shrimp day
Jack's takes the first spot on our list for the range of shrimp choices. Start with spicy peel-and-eat shrimp from the raw-bar menu, order coconut or buffalo shrimp as an appetizer, or make a meal of a fried shrimp basket or seasoned shrimp skewers. You can go crisp, saucy, or grilled without changing restaurants.
Find us at 975 Imperial Golf Course Boulevard in North Naples. The relaxed bar-and-grill setting works for a seafood lunch, dinner with friends, or a bite while watching a game. Check our events calendar if you want to pair your visit with live entertainment. We open at 11 AM daily; the kitchen closes at 1:45 AM and the bar at 2 AM.
2. Hogfish Harry's — coconut shrimp with tropical accompaniments
Hogfish Harry's at 600 Neapolitan Way in Naples is our second pick. Its coconut shrimp appetizer comes with a pineapple slaw and a mango-horseradish chutney, making it an option when you want a fruit-forward sauce alongside a crisp coating.
For a larger meal, the published menu also lists a coconut shrimp entrée with coconut-and-lemongrass jasmine rice, green beans, and the same chutney. Consider this stop when the sides are part of what you want to explore, and check the official menu before visiting.
3. Grouper & Chips — shrimp baskets and seafood combinations
Grouper & Chips at 338 9th Street North in Naples rounds out our three. Its daily menu includes an eight-piece shrimp basket and a combination basket with four shrimp and two pieces of grouper. Baskets come with fries and coleslaw, so this is a straightforward choice for a fish-and-shrimp lunch.
The menu lists fried, blackened, sautéed, and broiled seafood preparations. It also offers shrimp substitutions in selected dishes, including its fish tacos and linguini. Use the current menu to plan your order, particularly if you want to try something beyond a basket.
Five ways to order shrimp at Jack's
Back at Jack's, the decision is about the kind of meal you want. Here is how the five featured shrimp options differ, from a hands-on starter to a full plate.
Peel-and-eat shrimp: hot or cold, with Old Bay
Our spicy peel-and-eat shrimp are steamed with Old Bay seasoning and can be served hot or cold. Choose a half-pound or a pound, with cocktail sauce alongside; a butter substitution is available for an additional charge. This is the pick when you want to take your time peeling shrimp and talking around the table.
Coconut shrimp: a crisp coating and a sweet sauce
Coconut shrimp come with sweet-and-sour sauce. The menu includes a seven-shrimp appetizer and a seven-shrimp basket, so you can choose a starter or add sides for a meal. The basket includes two sides from fries, coleslaw, or rice. If you like a sweet dipping sauce with your seafood, start here.
Buffalo shrimp: choose your heat
The buffalo shrimp appetizer includes seven shrimp with your choice of mild, medium, or hot sauce, plus bleu cheese or ranch. It is a good direction when you want the familiar sauce choices of wings with a seafood twist. Order the heat level you enjoy and pair it with your preferred dip.
Fried shrimp: the classic basket
Our fried shrimp basket comes with seven shrimp, cocktail sauce, and two sides. Pick fries, coleslaw, or rice to build your plate. Fries and slaw give you a classic basket combination; rice is another option when you want to change up the sides. Check the menu for available side upgrades.
Shrimp skewers: grilled, blackened, or jerk-seasoned
The shrimp-skewer entrée includes two skewers, with grilled, blackened, or jerk-seasoned preparation and honey-wasabi sauce. It comes with two sides from fries, coleslaw, or rice. Choose this plate when you would rather skip the fried coating and explore a different seasoning.

For a starter, consider the peel-and-eat, coconut, or buffalo shrimp. For a full meal, look at the baskets or skewers. If your group wants more variety, Jack's also has fish sandwiches, oysters, wings, burgers, salads, and pasta.
